MIAMI ART WEEK 2025 – VIP EXPERIENCE PACKAGE GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Miami Art Week, LLC (“Sponsor”), Miami, Florida.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on 11/26/2025 and ends on 11/29/25 at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
Follow @MiamiArtWeek on Instagram; and
Comment on the Giveaway post (for example, “Comment below and tell us which Show you’re most excited to see!”)
Bonus entries may be earned by tagging friends or sharing the post to Instagram Stories (optional). All entries must comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines.
5. Prize
One winner will receive two (2) complimentary VIP passes to each of the following (1) the 2025 Miami Art Week Kickoff Party at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, (2) Art Coral Gables Panel Discussion Series at the Biltmore Hotel (Mon Dec 1) and the Coral Gables Museum (Thur Dec 4) and (3) the Miami Art Week Wynwood Gallery Opening Reception and Artist Party on Friday Dec 5. All travel, transportation, parking, lodging, meals, taxes, and any incidental or personal expenses associated with attending these events are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $590 (USD) per prize package.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via direct message from @MiamiArtWeek within 48 hours of the drawing.
Winners must reply within 24 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor will never request financial information or payment from winners.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion.
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram of all liability.
11. Privacy
